Waste Management American Landfill is a municipal solid waste landfill operating under the strict regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. The landfill is permitted to take acceptable household, commercial and industrial waste, including special wastes. In all, American Landfill has a total of 1,072 acres, with 234 acres permitted for waste disposal.

Hours of Operation (effective December 10, 2007)
Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.

We are closed for the following major holidays: Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
